Description
PIM-301 is designed for continuous measurement of volumetric activities of radioactive aerosols and iodine in the air under normal and abnormal operation, project and overprojection accidents. The purpose of the monitor is to detect a wide range of concentrations of radioactive aerosols and iodine in the air from low levels, and to signal their occurrence to persons in the observed area in order to protect them from internal contamination.
